Job summary

Harmar Mobility LLC in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Field Service Installation Coordinator to assist the Director of LiftSquad with installer data and Salesforce tasks.

You will manage installer accounts, track COIs, support approvals and audits, and assist with Salesforce Field Service, reporting, and user assistance.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in education, communications or technical field; or 4 years related experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing field; data analytics experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar field service applications preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to present to small–medium sized groups.
• High level of organizational skills.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and data analytics including trend forecasting and demand planning.
• Knowledge of computer applications, including the Internet, Google platform, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Detail oriented and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing management of installer account data in Salesforce.
• Support submission of new installer applications and maintenance of existing accounts.
• Manage COI expirations and ensure compliance.
• Assist evaluating need for new installers and obtain approvals.
• Support audits and communications with installers.
• Support Salesforce Field Service setup, including user setup, mobile app help, work orders, and basic reporting.
