Job summary

Harmar Mobility, a Great Place to Work-certified company, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support installer account data in Salesforce and ensure compliance. You will assist with applications, maintenance of accounts, and COI tracking while coordinating with installers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have an associate's degree or equivalent experience, 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 4 years related experience required.
• 1-2 years in a customer-facing field; data analytics preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar field service applications preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing management of installer account data essential for operations.
• Support account data management for new installer applications and maintenance of existing accounts.
• Track COI expirations and ensure compliance procedures are followed.
• Assess need for new installers and obtain approvals as needed.
• Support audits and communications with installers.
• Assist with Salesforce Field Service setup, mobile app support, work orders, and basic reporting.
