Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio is seeking a Donor Services Specialist to manage accurate gift processing, donor data integrity, and reporting in Salesforce. The role ensures records are reconciled before reporting to Accounting and supports donor communications and stewardship initiatives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least three years in development operations or donor services, with strong Excel and data-accuracy skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in development operations, donor services, or related field.
• Experience with CRM/donor databases; Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process and record gifts, pledges, payments, and other donor transactions in Salesforce.
• Maintain donor records, ensure data integrity, and run reports for Accounting.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgments, communications, and stewardship activities.
• Prepare materials and reports for Mission Engagement leadership; support administrative duties.
