Job summary
Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a Salesforce Developer II to design and build Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components. You will collaborate with analysts and admins to convert business requirements into scalable CRM solutions and create high-performance Tableau dashboards.
The role emphasizes delivering integrations, maintaining security, and supporting Tableau Server/Cloud deployments.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Experience writing Apex classes and triggers.
- Experience with dashboards using Tableau.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture & API usage.
- Experience using GitHub or other version control systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate into Salesforce solutions.
- Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce).
- Develop integrations from Salesforce to internal and third-party services.
- Estimate work effort with project leadership and manage development schedules.
- Assist with releases, deployments, and code updates.
- Develop Tableau dashboards and data visualizations; support Tableau Server/Cloud.
