Job summary

21st Century Home Health Agency is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator with a strong backend focus to own and evolve our Salesforce environment. You will build, run, and optimize the platform, write production Apex, and integrate MuleSoft connections to Health Cloud for clinical and operational workflows.

In this on-site role in Burlingame, you’ll collaborate with leadership and external consultants, design scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, primarily back-end
• Health Cloud data model knowledge and clinical workflows
• Deep Apex: triggers, batch, future methods, queueable jobs with good test coverage
• Strong MuleSoft API design and deployment across systems
• JavaScript/HTML/CSS for LWC work and UI considerations
• Git, CI/CD experience with Salesforce DX, Copado or similar
• Ability to translate business/clinical requirements into scalable solutions

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain production Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and async jobs
• Build custom UI with Lightning Web Components and Aura where applicable
• Develop and optimize MuleSoft integrations: Health Cloud to clinical, operational, and 3rd-party systems
• Design REST and SOAP integrations and ensure secure, scalable interfaces
• Write complex SOQL/SOSL and keep performance within governor limits
• Automate business logic with Flows, batch processes, and custom scripts
• Manage sandboxes, deployments, and release pipelines (Salesforce DX, Copado, Jenkins)
• Review and validate work delivered by external consultants
• Administer the org: users, profiles, permission sets, roles, security
• Handle data migrations, ETL, and data integrity with Data Loader and scripts
• Maintain Git discipline and document architecture, customizations, and integration logic
• Create reports and dashboards for operations and clinical teams
• Troubleshoot platform issues using developer console and logs

You'll own our Salesforce environment — build it, run it, and know it better than anyone. This is a hands‑on back‑end development job, not configuration or consulting. You'll work directly with leadership to design solutions, write production code, build MuleSoft integrations, and automate our Health Cloud org.

• Run sandboxes, deployments, and release pipelines (Salesforce DX, change sets,Copadoor Jenkins)
• Scope, review, andvalidatewhat external consultants deliver
• Administer the org — users, profiles, permission sets, roles, security
• Handle data migrations, ETL, and data integrity with Data Loader and scripts
• Keep Git discipline and document architecture, customizations, and integration logic
• Build the reports and dashboards our operational and clinical teams rely on
• Debug and fix platform issues using developer console, debug logs, and error analysis

To be a success as the Salesforce Administrator

• 4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development, primarily back‑end
• Health Cloud experience — you know the data model and how clinical workflows are built
• Deep Apex: triggers, batch, future methods, queueable jobs, real test coverage
• Strong MuleSoft development — API design, deployment, cross‑system connectivity
• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for LWC work
• Comfortable writing scripts for automation, data processing, and system operations
• Track recordas an internal developer, and/or working directly with outside Salesforce firms
• Git required; CI/CD experience (Salesforce DX, Copado, or similar) strongly preferred
• Solid grasp of governor limits, platform architecture, and the security model
• Able to turn business and clinical requirements into scalable solutions withouthand‑holding

Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator —required
• Platform Developer I —required; Platform Developer II strongly preferred
• MuleSoft Certified Developer —requiredor in progress
