Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce HealthCloud solution architecture for large healthcare deployments.
• Own overall HealthCloud technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• Guide cross-functional teams and mentor offshore delivery staff.
• Review and approve high-level and low-level designs, governance and risk management.
• Drive integration architecture using REST/SOAP, data models, and middleware.
• Collaborate with program managers to manage scope, timelines, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Lead delivery lifecycle from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Promote Salesforce best practices, governor limit optimization, and code quality.

Principal Engineer -- Salesforce Architect

• Lead end-to-endSalesforceHealthCloudsolution architecture and delivery for large, enterprisehealthcare implementations.
• Own overallHealthCloudtechnical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance withhealthcare regulations (HIPAA/PHI).
• Deep expertise inHealthCloudfeatures, including Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams,HealthTimelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management. Strong leadership in translating complexhealthcare business requirements into scalableSalesforceHealthCloudsolutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders, architects, and senior leadership onHealthCloudcapabilities and best practices.
• Drive architectural decisions coveringSalesforcecore,HealthCloudextensions, integrations, data models, and automation.
• Hands-on leadership experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, andSalesforceAPIs.
• Define and govern integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, andhealthcare standards such as FHIR and HL7.
• Strong understanding of EHR/EMR integrations, payer/provider workflows, and patient/member lifecycle management.
• Lead all phases of the delivery lifecycle—requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Review and approve high-level and low-level technical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Ensure adoption ofSalesforcebest practices, governor limit optimization, performance tuning, and code quality standards.
• Provide technical governance, conductdesign/code reviews, and manage architectural risks and technical debt.
• Lead and mentor multi-shoreSalesforceteams, including developers, admins, QA, and offshore delivery teams.
• Guide teams onSalesforcesecurity model, data access, sharing rules, consent management, and compliance needs.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Collaborate closely with program managers to manage scope, timelines, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including PoCs, adoption of newSalesforceHealthCloudfeatures, and platform enhancements.
• Participate in roadmap planning, release strategy, and long-term platform evolution discussions.
• Strong experience working in Agile / Scaled Agile environments, supporting sprint planning and release management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
