Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support patient-centric workflows. The role emphasizes secure integrations, robust testing, and scalable architecture across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure high-quality delivery while prioritizing patient data protection and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
• Strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and AWS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement declarative customizations: objects, fields, validation rules, Flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.

We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Developer to play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce platform. This individual will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other critical business systems. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and a passion for driving business efficiency through technology. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across AWS services to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using various integration tools and APIs - REST, SOAP, Batch jobs
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines - we work with patient health data so this is of the highest priority.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines. DevOps Center.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certification.
• Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Health Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Knowledge of front‑end web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Mulesoft.

Additional Information

Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.
