Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Salesforce Software Developer to build a robust suite of Salesforce products for Growth, Business Development, Legal, Investor Relations, Deployment Operations, and other teams using Salesforce as a central platform.

You will design, customize, integrate, and maintain Salesforce solutions on Government Cloud Plus, while advancing CI/CD practices and data analytics capabilities. This role emphasizes collaboration and scalable, well-documented code.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with 6+ years Salesforce platform development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related IT discipline.
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience, preferably in Sales Cloud; Government Cloud preferred.
• Experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau/Einstein Analytics).
• Hands-on development using Apex, Triggers, Scheduled/Batches, Flows, Validation/Assignment Rules.
• UI tech experience: Bootstrap, LDS, Lightning Components, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Proven REST/SOAP API integrations, SSO, oAuth.
• Experience with DevOps tools like JIRA and GitHub Actions.
• Familiar with CI/CD and impact assessment across SFDC and related systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Salesforce Product Manager to align platform with business objectives.
• Design and customize Salesforce solutions on Government Cloud Plus.
• Configure analytics dashboards and data recipes; support data analytics.
• Collaborate with developers to implement scalable solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and system architecture details.
• Automate processes using Salesforce tools (Process Builder, Flows, Formulas).
• Build integrations via REST and SOAP APIs, oAuth, SSO.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data consumption/pushing to ERP and other platforms.
• Migrate changes through environments; perform smoke testing.
• Provide end-user support and promote user adoption.
• Adhere to coding standards and document code; favor low/no-code options when possible.
• Manage data updates/migration with Data Loader; data backup interfaces.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices.
