Job summary

Perry Homes in Houston seeks a skilled Salesforce Developer to build, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will work with business stakeholders and IT teams to design scalable solutions supporting Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.

This hands-on role influences technical direction, platform governance, release management, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Salesforce development across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative Salesforce configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and platform limits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and data extensions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Lead architecture reviews, ensuring scalable, high-performance designs.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
• Build and manage Marketing Cloud assets, including email templates and automations.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Document configurations, development standards, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Improve development processes, release management, and platform governance.
• Partner with Product Owners to deliver Salesforce solutions aligned to the enterprise roadmap.
