Perry Homes in Houston seeks a skilled Salesforce Developer to build, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will work with business stakeholders and IT teams to design scalable solutions supporting Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.

This hands-on role influences technical direction, platform governance, release management, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Salesforce development across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative Salesforce configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and platform limits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and data extensions.

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to build, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design scalable solutions that support our Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing functions. This is a hands-on development role with influence over technical direction and platform governance.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Build and manage Marketing Cloud assets, including email templates, Journey Builder automations, and data extensions.

• Document technical configurations, development standards, and solutions to support knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, release management, and platform governance.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions aligned to the enterprise roadmap.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align Salesforce solutions to business priorities and deliver measurable value across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative Salesforce configuration.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules), and platform limits.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), or ETL tools.
