Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, implement, maintain, and support our Salesforce platform and related technologies. You will work on architecture, configuration, development, and deployment to ensure performance aligned with business goals.

Role involves building scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating with ERP and data platforms, and maintaining data security. The team embraces Agile/Scrum practices and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator).
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices for Salesforce.
• Understanding of data modeling, user management, security, and automation tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other developers to improve the system.
• Participate in the full SDLC from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and ERP or data platforms.
• Monitor performance, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment plans.
• Assist with end-user training and provide technical support as needed.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices.
