Job summary

Asterism IT Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance a Salesforce application, implement business requirements, and remediate defects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Service Cloud, and Copado CI/CD.

Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components development experience.
8+ years working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
3+ years of Aura Framework replacement or migration to LWC.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
Follow a configuration-first approach, prioritizing declarative solutions before custom coding.
Manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines using Copado or similar CI/CD tools.
Write Apex unit tests, ensure code coverage, and troubleshoot defects with DevOps teams.
Investigate, debug, triage, and remediate application defects.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design specs, deployment notes, and release docs.
Use Jira to create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, design changes, and defect tickets.
