The Salesforce Developer (Information Technology Analyst 2) supports the maintenance and operations of a newly implemented IVR system using Salesforce and AWS Connect for the Department of Social Services.

The role involves translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions, developing end-to-end applications using APEX, Lightning Web Components, and MuleSoft integrations, and automating business processes.

Competenze

Advanced programming in APEX, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with external data integrations and middleware like MuleSoft.
Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, and Email Alerts.
Ability to design Salesforce solutions following best practices and introduce new technologies.
Experience with system integration testing and troubleshooting performance/issues.
