Job summary

PROCAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications. You will work with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Aura components to optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, build integrations via REST and SOAP, and implement declarative automation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, follow SDLC best practices, and participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Salesforce development and customization.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, custom objects, workflows, Salesforce Flows, and approval processes.
• Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security concepts, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
• Experience with data migration, Data Loader, Workbench, and data validation techniques.
• Familiarity with source control, release management, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Aura components.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce automation, system integrations, and enterprise application development.

The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leads to translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable Salesforce solutions while following development best practices and established SDLC processes.
