Job summary

Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking an Engineer 2 to design, develop, and modify Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Lightning Web Components.

You will work with architects and stakeholders to gather requirements, implement APIs with Mulesoft, and monitor performance to meet standards. The role includes creating custom components, integrating with MuleSoft, and delivering tested solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations.
• 1+ year of experience with APIs, particularly Mulesoft flows and integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Apex development.
• Knowledge of ETL tools, including familiarity with Mulesoft batch and screen flows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify Salesforce solutions including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud components.
• Collaborate with architects to improve integration and architecture.
• Implement batch and screen flows using Mulesoft and Salesforce Flow tools.
• Develop Lightning Web Components and Apex code, including testing and deployment.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to tailor solutions.
