Job summary

Geneoscopy is seeking a Salesforce Developer and Administrator to design, code, and implement Salesforce applications for CRM, Order Management, Billing, and LIMS systems. You will develop solutions within Salesforce, analyze objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot with Commercial, Lab, and Software teams.

You will manage users, reports, dashboards, and security, align with HIPAA and security policies, and drive release upgrades while collaborating in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• Salesforce Certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with user access & security.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and reporting.
• Familiarity with web tech: HTML/CSS; strong communication and agile work style.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal Salesforce performance day-to-day.
• Manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets for access control.
• Audit user access for HIPAA and security policy compliance.
• Design and generate custom Salesforce reports and dashboards with KPIs.
• Create and optimize flows and workflows using Flow Builder.
• Develop out-of-the-box or custom code solutions for third-party integrations.
• Manage Salesforce environments following SDLC best practices.
• Perform database maintenance and duplicate data cleansing.
• Configure security controls, track login attempts, and monitor threats.
• Evaluate and install Salesforce releases; train users on updates.
• Document processes and changes; support end users.
• Other duties as assigned.
