Job summary

Geneoscopy is seeking a Salesforce Developer and Administrator to design, code, and implement Salesforce applications across CRM, Order Management, Billing, and LIMS systems. You will drive solutions on the Salesforce platform, analyze objectives, create workflows, and troubleshoot with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years of Salesforce Admin experience, strong reporting, security, and integration skills, and a collaborative, agile mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Object Model, relationships, and reporting.
• Integrating Salesforce with third-party tools via APIs or apps.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web interfaces.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems daily.
• Manage user access, roles, and permission sets for security.
• Audit user access to ensure HIPAA and policy compliance.
• Design reports and dashboards to provide KPIs and insights.
• Create and optimize Salesforce workflows with Flow Builder.
• Develop code solutions for third-party integrations.
• Maintain Salesforce environments following SDLC best practices.
• Perform database maintenance and deduplicate records.
• Configure IP restrictions, login hours, and security policies.
• Track login attempts and investigate security threats.
• Evaluate and install Salesforce releases; train users.
• Document processes and changes; support end users.
