Day-to-Day as a Salesforce Developer
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations, integrations, and automations.
- Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems (e.g., custodians, CRM add-ons, financial planning tools).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Ensure best practices for data quality, security, and user access are implemented and enforced.
- Support end-user training and documentation efforts in collaboration with operations and training teams.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate/apply new features as appropriate.

What You Bring as a Salesforce Developer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years proven experience in a Salesforce Developer role, ideally within wealth management
- Must have finance industry experience (RIA, banking, insurance, wirehouse, fund management)
- Musthave Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience
- Go-getter/trouble shooter/ability to multitask/curious/dynamic
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and platform capabilities.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Platform Developer II preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Outstanding ability to communicate and work collaboratively
Job Type: Full-time, salaried exempt
Location: This position is located at one of our offices in Santa Barbara, Scottsdale, Lisle, or San Diego.
This is a Hybrid role (3 days in the office with the option to work from home 2 days).
Salary: $100,000, plus annual bonus paid in quarterly increments
