Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client in the insurance industry to hire an experienced full-time Salesforce Developer. This role is remote and offers opportunities for career growth and advancement while delivering impactful CRM solutions. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without requiring additional work visa sponsorship.

What YOU will do:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data synchronization.
• Develop automation solutions leveraging Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce solutions while maintaining high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation, including technical guides and integration processes.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and pursue relevant certifications to support continuous professional development.

What YOU will bring us:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Salesforce Developer II: At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and Platform Developer I certification.
• Sr. Salesforce Developer: At least 5 years of experience with Platform Developer I & II certifications.
• Lead Salesforce Developer: At least 5 years of experience, including proven leadership on Salesforce projects and advanced certifications.
• Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
• Expertise in Salesforce integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD processes is preferred.
• Additional knowledge in Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud is a plus.
