Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. in Culver City, CA seeks a seasoned Salesforce Architect to design and scale enterprise solutions. You will lead Apex and Lightning Web Components development, optimize governor limits, and implement event-driven integrations using Platform Events and Event Relay.

The role requires deep experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and automated release pipelines, plus strong MDM and SOX governance knowledge. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise Salesforce development and programmatic platform architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex development including asynchronous operations, batch processing, and bulkified triggers.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and advanced Salesforce Flows declarative tools.
• Experience in enterprise event-driven integrations utilizing Platform Events and Salesforce Event Relay.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git version control, and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Experience in Master Data Management (MDM), role-based security configurations, and SOX compliance audits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable Apex and Lightning Web Components solutions for enterprise applications.
• Optimize custom code and SOQL queries to adhere strictly to multi-tenant platform governor limits.
• Configure event-driven integrations leveraging Platform Events and Event Relay to streamline data flows.
• Maintain Master Data Management architectures supporting high-volume location and supply chain datasets.
• Execute source-driven development releases and automated deployment pipelines using Salesforce DX and Git.
• Enforce platform security models, field-level permissions, and SOX audit compliance governance.
• Mentor engineering team members and evaluate trade-offs between custom Apex and declarative solutions.
