Job description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a contact-to-hire opportunity. This is a W-2 position.

Job Description:

1. Collaborate with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager to develop new processes supporting the growth team.
2. Maintain Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud platforms.
3. Support testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of solutions.
4. Implement software solutions following best practices.
5. Create API integrations for internal tools in collaboration with the technology team.
6. Document all processes, flows, and Apex code blocks for maintenance and updates.
7. Educate the Growth Team on Salesforce tools and processes.
8. Assist in setting up reporting for the Growth Team.

Qualifications:

1. 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
2. 5+ years of relevant experience or a combination of experience, education, and training.
3. Experience reading and troubleshooting code.
4. Knowledge of the full SDLC (System Development Life Cycle).
5. Expertise in Salesforce products such as Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud.
6. Proficiency in Salesforce declarative programming and administration, including Apex, Visualforce, reports, workflows, APIs, SOQL, SOSL.
7. Ability to integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using web API technologies and middleware like MuleSoft.
8. Knowledge of web development technologies (Ajax, JavaScript, SOAP, HTTP, AngularJS, CSS, HTML).

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility for some benefits depends on job classification and employment length. Benefits may include:
