What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform Salesforce development including Flows, Lightning Web Components, and custom settings
- Assist in enhancing the Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and designing solutions
- Design and develop features while reporting directly to Salesforce Leads
- Participate in periodic drug testing and background checks as required by government clients
- Travel to an office once a quarter may be required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Salesforce with a basic understanding of its components
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust
- U.S. Citizenship is required, with residency in the U.S. for at least three years out of the last five
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with excellent communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certification – Platform Developer or Salesforce Administrator
- Experience working with multiple development teams
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework
- Experience in a software development team building modern software products
