Vertex is seeking an experienced Salesforce technical leader in the United States to guide delivery across Salesforce clouds, data architecture, migration, and integrations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set technical standards, and mentor engineers while collaborating with business stakeholders to solve complex problems.

• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, managing delivery, timelines and team coordination.
• Oversee Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud deployments.
• Define Salesforce architecture, data models, security, sharing and governor limits.
• Hands-on data migration using Data Loader, Bulk API, and ETL tools.
• Lead data integration using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Ensure data quality, deduplication, and large data volume management.
• Own technical design, integration strategy, code reviews and development standards.
• Mentor technical teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Make sound technical decisions and manage end-to-end delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce technical leader with strong expertise in Salesforce delivery management, data architecture, data migration, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, managing technical delivery, timelines, and team coordination.
• Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, sharing, and governor limits.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce data migration using Data Loader, Bulk API, and ETL tools.
• Experience with data integration using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, deduplication, and large data volume (LDV) management.
• Own technical design, integration strategy, code reviews, and development standards.
• Lead and mentor technical teams while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions and manage end-to-end delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with MuleSoft and enterprise integration platforms.
• PMP certification or equivalent delivery management experience.
