Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Data Engineer in the United States to join the Digital Integration & Optimization team. You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines across Salesforce, Siebel CRM, Oracle ERP, SQL Server and Azure data sources, delivering analytics-ready data for marketing, sales, and support.

You will guide data quality, governance, and automation while collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Education and hands-on experience in building enterprise data pipelines.
• 5+ years of data engineering, data integration, or backend data platform development.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data profiling initiatives across RevOps and GTM systems.
• Construct, deploy, and maintain scalable data workflows across core systems.
• Engineer and optimize robust data pipelines and automated transformations.
• Develop database scripts, triggers, functions, and stored procedures.
• Develop automated testing and data governance procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with analytics needs.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure effective data-driven decisions.
• Identify data quality improvement opportunities and automation.
• Promote engineering excellence within the team.
