Job summary
Apex Systems seeks a Salesforce/CRM Tester to design, maintain, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications using Azure DevOps. The role involves collaborating with customers, vendors, and development teams in an agile environment to ensure quality and performance across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
The ideal candidate has extensive Salesforce QA/testing experience, proficiency with Azure DevOps, and familiarity with API testing tools like SoapUI/Postman.
Qualifications
- 6+ years Salesforce QA/testing experience
- 3+ years in Salesforce Service Cloud/Experience Cloud
- 4+ years Azure DevOps Test Suite
- Experience with CCaaS testing (Nice CXone or similar) preferred
- SQL knowledge (basic)
- Experience with Selenium or similar tools
- Ability to create and execute test scripts and test plans
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and suites in Azure DevOps
- Write positive and native test cases for Salesforce applications
- Collaborate with developers to ensure testing meets performance and scalability needs
- Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Perform regression testing and traceability of test results
- Document defects and track fixes through resolution in Azure DevOps
