Smith Johnson Group seeks an experienced Software Test Analyst for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team. You will design and execute tests for Salesforce CRM applications and leverage Azure DevOps to manage test cases and automate validation.

The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Azure DevOps, with hands-on development of automated scripts and test plans in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce QA/testing.
• 4+ years experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• 4+ years with Azure DevOps Test Suite.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute test cases in Azure DevOps based on requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure testing results meet performance and scalability requirements.
