Job summary

Arizona State University is seeking an Application Developer II to manage, develop, and enhance our Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You’ll work with the Solutions Development team in an Agile setting to refine requirements and deliver backlogged items through sprints and flows.

The role emphasizes security, data quality, platform health, and user adoption, with a strong focus on approved integration patterns and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce users, roles, profiles, sharing rules and object security.
• Proficiency in declarative and programmatic Salesforce development (Flows, Apex, LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Configure and administer Salesforce CRM and Commerce Cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain CRM automation using Flow and declarative tooling.
• Support integrations and data flows between Salesforce and external systems.
• Plan, test, and deploy system releases across environments.
