Job summary

Arkhya Tech Inc. is seeking a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to bridge sales operations strategy with technical execution. You will lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design for a Salesforce Q2C ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and Dev teams to optimize catalogs, pricing models, and quoting workflows, ensuring scalable platform growth and a seamless sales experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience with 2+ years in Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Experience translating pricing policies into CPQ configurations and workflows.
• Proven ability to document requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with Sales, Finance, Legal and Dev teams.
• Map current and target Quote-to-Cash processes and streamline pricing and approvals.
• Design functional CPQ specifications including Product Features, Price Books and Advanced Approvals.
• Configure pricing rules, tiered discounts and multi-currency setups in Salesforce CPQ.
• Support data migration and UAT, and enablement activities for CPQ rollouts.
