Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our advisory and consulting team in the United States. The role focuses on bridging business problems with technical Salesforce solutions, engaging directly with customers to design, deliver and implement innovative real-world outcomes.

You will contribute to account strategy and help build trusted client partnerships. You will grow technical and functional skills, collaborate across teams, and work with emerging AI-enabled capabilities to improve

Qualifications

2+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
Bachelor's degree required.
Willingness to obtain Salesforce Admin and one Consulting Cloud certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Pre-sales scoping and supporting Solution Architect/Sr. Consultant.
Documenting business, functional and technical requirements for scoping and SOWs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and define requirements for scoped work.
Assist in creating the Solution Design Documentation with ER diagrams, data dictionary and process flows.
Build solutions using declarative functionality in Salesforce following Crowe best practices.
Support project delivery with QA, change sets, and client documentation.
Grow toward leading smaller projects end-to-end with oversight.
