Qualifications

• Competency & experience with Salesforce core products.
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.
• 2+ years’ minimum experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time.
• Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong, dynamic communication skills - both written & verbal - with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to log time on a daily basis for client and project reporting needs.
• Positive minded, solutions-oriented approach and outlook is critical.
• Ability to work - and thrive - in a fast-paced, high-growth, innovative environment.
• This position requires a minimum of 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales scoping and supporting a Solution Architect/Sr. Consultant.
• Documenting business, functional, and technical requirements for pre-sales.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and outline processes.
• Assist in producing scope of work and design documentation.
• Build solutions using Salesforce declarative functionality and best practices.
• QA and deployment preparation, and client documentation.
• Lead smaller projects end-to-end with oversight as you grow.
