About the Role

We’re hiring a Salesforce Consultant to lead a 6–7 week project focused on optimizing a client’s Salesforce CRM. This role is remote and requires someone with deep Salesforce experience and a strong background in systems integration.

You’ll be responsible for auditing and cleaning up the client’s Salesforce environment, aligning data models, and integrating Salesforce with multiple external tools. You must be confident working independently, comfortable with client communication, and highly experienced in integration strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconfigure Salesforce as the system of record
  • Lead end-to-end integration setup with:
  • QuickBooks
  • Align and map critical fields across platforms
  • Build logic connecting Products to Opportunities
  • Set up Account hierarchies (parent/child relationships)
  • Develop dashboards and reporting views
  • Provide clear documentation and admin enablement

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (consulting or admin)
  • Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with external tools (especially finance, support, and CPQ platforms)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware options
  • Confident leading technical conversations with clients
  • Able to join one client-facing call per week (during U.S./Canada business hours)
  • Must be located in the United States or Canada
