Job Opportunity: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Software Partner Italia is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join a project team working remotely from Italy. The activity will start immediately, with a contract duration of 3 months. The position is full-time and contractual.

What We Ask For

We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a strong technical background to design, customize, and optimize advanced solutions within the SFMC platform, ensuring high standards of technical excellence and functionality.

Required Skills

1. Advanced experience in creating and managing personalized emails using dynamic content blocks
2. Proficiency in creating customer journeys, audience segmentation, and configuring Audience Builder
3. Experience in setting up automations and workflows, with the ability to implement automated solutions using SSJS
4. Advanced knowledge of SQL and the Marketing Cloud data model
5. Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for automated solutions
6. Experience managing migration projects, configuring new instances or business units, and applying best practices
7. Deep knowledge of all Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder for emails
8. Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
9. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work on complex, dynamic projects
10. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is preferred
