Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Operations, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of commissions reporting or compensation plan analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support global customer experience incentive and commission programs.
• Maintain incentive plans and perform commission calculations for Customer Success and Professional Services team members.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and compensation administration.
• Utilize Salesforce and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics and commission outcomes.
• Assist with audit, data validation, and quality assurance processes related to incentive programs.
• Collaborate with compensation, finance, operations, and business stakeholders to address incentive-related business challenges.
