Punch & Associates Investment Management, Inc. seeks a Full-time Data Analyst to support client reporting, the client portal, and Salesforce administration in a hybrid setup in Minneapolis.

You will maintain client and account data across Advent Portfolio Exchange and Black Diamond, produce performance reports, ensure data quality, and enable onboarding and portal adoption for clients and internal users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Administrator certification preferred, or a commitment to earning it
• Financial Services Cloud experience is a plus
• Experience in investment or wealth management, especially account/transaction reconciliation and performance measurement, strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills with comfort working with large data sets across multiple systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain client and account information in Advent Portfolio Exchange and Black Diamond
• Produce institutional and private client performance reports on a systematic and ad hoc basis
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies between portfolio accounting and reporting systems
• Own the client-facing reporting experience, including onboarding and troubleshooting for clients and internal users
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify issues and drive portal adoption
• Support day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, permissions, and dashboards
• Maintain CRM data quality through deduplication, bulk data loads, and custom objects/fields
• Receive, triage, and resolve user requests, escalating larger Salesforce work to the Director of Technology
• Test new functionality in a sandbox and support user training
• Monitor integrations between Salesforce and portfolio/reporting systems and troubleshoot data flow
• Assist with administration of other firm software as needed
• Document processes and reporting procedures for knowledge retention
• Participate in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new systems as technology evolves
• Perform other Systems duties as needed
