Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process improvement, analysis, or operations excellence.
• Hands-on Salesforce reporting, administration, and process optimization.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and enterprise workflow tools.
• Ability to develop KPIs and executive-level reporting.
• Forecasting methods, financial planning support, and long-range resource planning.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes and reduce manual work.
• Improve Salesforce reporting structures, data models, and forecasting approaches.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks and governance standards.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI reporting using Salesforce, Tableau, Smartsheet, and other platforms.
• Support budgeting, program schedules, and resource planning.
• Standardize taxonomy across therapies, products, and education types.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, IT, Finance, Salesforce, and Commercial teams.
• Research industry best practices and apply insights to reporting and governance.
• Support change management, documentation, and training to drive adoption.
