Job summary

Allspring Global Investments in Minneapolis is seeking an Account Services Analyst to collaborate with portfolio management, operations, compliance, and client service teams to gather, validate, and synthesize data for client reporting.

You will work in a hybrid model, in-office four days per week, supporting Galliard Client Reporting for stable value and fixed income products, reporting to the Manager of the Galliard Client Reporting team.

Qualifications

• Must maintain data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather and package information using internal and external applications for client communications.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure timely delivery per client expectations.
• Respond to ad-hoc and routine client/consultant data requests.
• Email routing client and consultant information including performance and reports.
• Complete client and/or consultant questionnaires and coordinate report packaging.
