You'll bring deep technical expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and Salesforce configuration while collaborating with architects, business analysts, delivery teams, and client stakeholders. This role combines hands‑on development with technical solutioning, client engagement, and Agile delivery within complex, regulated environments.

We're anticipating future openings and are connecting now with great talent who'd like to be considered when the time comes.

What You'll Work On

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop, enhance, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies. Government Cloud is a bonus.

  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch and scheduled jobs, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing solutions.

  • Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, dynamic forms, record types, page layouts, and custom metadata.

  • Apply both programmatic and declarative development approaches to deliver efficient, maintainable solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.

  • Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and deployment validation activities while maintaining Salesforce coding standards and appropriate test coverage.

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce security controls, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Organization‑Wide Defaults.

  • Support data migration, transformation, cleansing, and bulk data management using Data Loader, Workbench, and related integration tools.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, Project Managers, and client stakeholders to refine requirements, validate technical approaches, and support successful delivery.

  • Participate in client‑facing workshops, technical discussions, and solution reviews, providing insight into development options, feasibility, and Salesforce best practices.

  • Contribute to Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning.

  • Support version control, automated deployments, and CI/CD processes using Git, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools.

  • Maintain technical documentation, development estimates, solution specifications, and project delivery records.

  • Ensure development practices align with Salesforce standards for security, scalability, performance, governance, and compliance within government and regulated environments.

What You'll Bring

You will likely be successful in this role if you have:

  • Active and valid Salesforce certifications, with Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required.

  • 5–8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience supporting enterprise applications and complex implementations.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce solutions for Public Sector clients, that could include Government Cloud implementations.

  • Advanced Salesforce development expertise, including Apex classes, triggers, batch processing, asynchronous processing, and Lightning Web Components.

  • Strong experience building complex Salesforce Flows and using declarative automation to support business processes.

  • Hands‑on development and configuration experience across Salesforce Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, object relationships, application design, and platform development patterns.

  • Experience developing and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware technologies, and web services.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, platform constraints, performance optimization, and development best practices.

  • Experience configuring Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Organization‑Wide Defaults, and field‑level security.

  • Experience participating in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and collaborating across technical and functional teams.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with client stakeholders, technical teams, and business users.

  • Ability to combine hands‑on technical execution with thoughtful solution design and consultative problem‑solving.

  • Navigate complex technical challenges with sound judgment, creativity, and a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.

  • Collaborate effectively across distributed delivery teams, client stakeholders, and technical disciplines while maintaining clear communication and accountability.

  • Balance development speed with quality, security, maintainability, and long‑term platform performance.

  • Adapt comfortably to evolving requirements, competing priorities, and the delivery expectations of government and regulated client environments.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce Developer, Consultant, or Architect certifications.

  • Cannabis industry experience, particularly within regulated programs or government environments, is a bonus.

  • Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within a consulting firm, systems integrator, or professional services organization.

  • Experience supporting complex Salesforce migrations, modernization projects, or multi‑org implementations.

  • Familiarity with secure development standards, governance, and compliance practices for government Salesforce environments.

What Success Looks Like

  • Technical designs, custom development, integrations, and declarative configurations meet project expectations and Salesforce best practices.

  • Client stakeholders and delivery teams benefit from clear technical communication, thoughtful solution recommendations, and reliable execution.
