FormativGroup is seeking a Salesforce Certified Administrator to maintain health, security, governance, and adoption of our Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, and operations in a fully remote role.
You will manage users, security, workflows, data integrity, reporting, integrations, and training to empower business teams and support audits and upgrades. Minimum 5+ years experience; active Salesforce Certified Administrator; consulting background preferred.

This role supports Salesforce administration, automation, data integrity, reporting, system updates, integrations, and user enablement across cross-functional teams.
As Salesforce Certified Administrator, you will partner with stakeholders to streamline business processes, optimize workflows, strengthen platform governance, and support ongoing adoption through training, documentation, and responsive user support.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency. The compensation range for this position represents our good faith estimate of the range we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, etc.
