You will support sales activities, prepare demos, and manage customer accounts while continuously learning on Trailhead. English and German language skills are required.

Qualifications
- Completed training in the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing CRM fields.
- Academic degree in business administration (with CS focus), natural sciences, or (applied) CS.
- Professional experience desirable but not required.
- Very good proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Gathering customer requirements as epics and user stories.
- Advise customers on Salesforce product innovations and best practices.
- Coordinate project management with the delivery team.
- Support the sales team in acquiring new Salesforce customers.
- Prepare Salesforce demos during pre-sales activities.
- Manage assigned customers and develop solution proposals.
- Continuously learn on Trailhead and Partner Learning Camp.
