Job summary

Liongate AG seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst to gather requirements, advise on Salesforce innovations, and collaborate with the delivery team on projects. You will support sales activities, prepare demos, and manage customer accounts while continuously learning on Trailhead. English and German language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Completed training in the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing CRM fields.
• Academic degree in business administration (with CS focus), natural sciences, or (applied) CS.
• Professional experience desirable but not required.
• Very good proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Gathering customer requirements as epics and user stories.
• Advise customers on Salesforce product innovations and best practices.
• Coordinate project management with the delivery team.
• Support the sales team in acquiring new Salesforce customers.
• Prepare Salesforce demos during pre-sales activities.
• Manage assigned customers and develop solution proposals.
• Continuously learn on Trailhead and Partner Learning Camp.

What You Can Expect As a Salesforce Business Analyst

• Gathering customer requirements in the form of epics and user stories.
• Advising the customer on Salesforce product innovations and best practices.
• Project management, including coordinating all processes in collaboration with the delivery team.
• Supporting the sales team in acquiring new Salesforce customers.
• Conducting various pre‑sales activities, such as preparing Salesforce demos.
• Account management of assigned customers.
• Developing solution proposals for the customer based on various Salesforce products.
• Continuous learning on Trailhead and in the Partner Learning Camp.

What You Bring Along

• Successfully completed training in the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing CRM field.
• An academic degree in business administration (with a focus on computer science), natural sciences, or (applied) computer science.
• Professional experience desirable but not necessary.
• Very good proficiency in using MS Office.
• Understanding the business processes of the customers.
• You want to continue your education and you are willing to share your knowledge with us.
