Job summary

Innostride Consulting Llp is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Salesforce delivery team in the United States. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear requirements and guiding process improvements across stakeholders and technical teams.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product and technical teams to ensure alignment, document requirements, and support UAT and Agile project delivery for Salesforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Analyst role with Salesforce technologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation to support solution design.
• Excellent communication skills for liaison across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with process modeling and business process management concepts.
