Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities; Financial Services Cloud preferred.
• Experience delivering in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Excellent requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
• Experience with backlog tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and configuration concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with developers and qa teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.
