Job summary
Sunseeker Property Service in Washington, DC is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a contract role. Hybrid/remote options are available for strong candidates.
The successful candidate will gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, lead agile ceremonies, create user stories and process flows, and collaborate with developers and QA to ensure successful delivery and testing.
Qualifications
- Minimum proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities; Financial Services Cloud preferred.
- Experience delivering in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Excellent requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
- Experience with backlog tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
- Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and configuration concepts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights for business decisions.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional specs.
- Lead and participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Create user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure implementation and testing.
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements.
- Continuously improve processes to boost productivity and delivery.
