Qualifications

• 2+ years as Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Configuration in a CRM environment.
• 2+ years of platform/solution-architecture experience in a medium- to large-sized organization.
• 2+ years of Marketing Cloud experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce platforms including Sales, Service, Community; data migration and security.
• Familiar with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components design considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce project implementations with clients from requirements gathering to solution delivery.
• Translate business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and estimates.
• Document User Stories, assumptions, constraints, and recommended solutions.
• Create project deliverables including BRDs, solution designs, functional specs, and findings reports.
• Lead testing strategies, manage end-user testing, and develop training materials.
