Job summary

Simpliigence is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with extensive experience across multiple Salesforce orgs and implementations. The role requires independent ownership of deliverables in a senior/lead capacity and hands-on support for large enterprise clients across the full Salesforce lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple Salesforce orgs and implementations.
• Hands-on experience supporting mid-to-large enterprise clients or complex, multi-department Salesforce orgs.
• Led deliverables independently in a Senior/lead capacity across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and leading discovery workshops with stakeholders.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements independently.
• Create BRDs and RTMs; perform fit-gap analysis against Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Translate requirements into FSDs, process flows, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with architects on target-state design beyond simple handoffs.
• Act as the functional bridge between business and development during build.
• Review configuration against documented requirements.
• Clarify business logic and edge cases for the build team.
• Support release planning, UAT cycles, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare and maintenance support.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 812 years of dedicated Salesforce experience.The ideal candidate has worked across multiple Salesforce orgs and implementations, owned deliverables independently in a Senior/lead capacity, and has hands‑on experience supporting mid‑to‑large enterprise clients or complex, multi‑department Salesforce orgs across the full implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering,Lead discovery workshops directly with business stakeholders.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements independently.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) Design,Contribute to solution design decisions through fit-gap analysis against Salesforce out-of-the-box capability.
• Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents (FSDs), process flows, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with architects on target-state design — beyond simply handing off requirements.

Development Support

• Act as the functional bridge between business and development during build.
• Review developer/admin configuration against documented requirements.
• Clarify business logic and edge cases for the build team

Deployment

• Support release planning and change management activities
• Coordinate UAT cycles, manage defect triage, and drive sign-off
• Support deployment/cutover planning, including sandbox-to-production promotion, release notes, and go-live checklists

Support

• Provide post-go-live hypercare support, triaging production issues
• Distinguish configuration defects from new/enhancement requirements
• Manage the enhancement backlog and provide steady-state support and maintenance

Required Certifications:
