We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering and documenting business requirements, testing applications, and ensuring that all features and functionalities meet business needs. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technical teams.
• Perform testing of applications to validate that requirements are met and that features and functionality meet quality standards.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects and ensure clear expectations are set with the technical team.
• Collaborate across departments to support implementations involving Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
• Work independently to solve problems and drive solutions.
• Provide clear and effective communication both verbally and in writing to stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong application testing skills and attention to detail.
• Experience identifying and documenting defects, with clear communication to development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, including sharing rules, roles, and permission management.

Soft Skills:

• Clear and proactive communication.
• Ability to work independently across multiple teams and geographic locations.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
