Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many industries. Our software is used to conceive and manufacture objects like Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, and space exploration vehicles.

The Global Operations team is seeking new talent.

Responsibilities:
  1. Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for new projects and enhancements.
  2. Assist the Project Manager with effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of solutions.
  3. Act as a Product Owner: work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, prioritize backlog, and monitor progress.
  4. Own testing and implementation plans, including communication and documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience with SFDC.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent.
  3. At least 3 years in operations within a software company.
  4. Salesforce Admin certification or similar preferred.
  5. Strong technical understanding and attention to detail.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of Siemens processes and systems is a plus.
  • Ability to customize applications (fields, workflows, validation rules, etc.).
