What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for new projects and enhancements to existing solutions
- Assist the Project Manager in providing detailed level of effort estimates and articulating the benefits and risks of proposed solutions
- Serve as Product Owner, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and monitoring work progress
- Own testing and implementation plans, including communication and semi-technical documentation
- Collaborate effectively within a global, fast-paced team environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations for a software company
- Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Salesforce.com Admin or any SFDC certification
- Knowledge of Siemens business processes and software systems
- Experience customizing applications (creating new fields, workflow rules, etc.)
