What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce and Kantata SX
• Lead user story refinement and grooming sessions to prepare requirements for development
• Translate business processes related to project delivery and resource management into system workflows
• Act as a subject matter expert for Kantata SX and Salesforce, optimizing their usage for operations
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to maintain team alignment
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of direct experience with Salesforce and Kantata SX
• Strong understanding of Professional Services operations, including project portfolio and program management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and working knowledge of Kantata SX project lifecycle functionality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical and business teams
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Excel, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with related enterprise tools such as NetSuite, Workday, or Zuora
• Familiarity with API integrations, basic SQL, or data validation for cross-system flows
• Background in SaaS or consulting organizations with complex service delivery models
• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
