Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirementsPartner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solutionsCreate and manage user stories, process flows, and functional documentationSupport Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectivesPerform data analysis and data mapping activities across multiple systemsAssist with Salesforce enhancements, configuration discussions, and platform optimizationEnsure solutions meet business objectives and comply with organizational standardsSupport testing efforts, defect resolution, and implementation activitiesMaintain detailed documentation and provide ongoing stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle

Skills and Requirements

Strong Salesforce experience with hands-on Business Systems Analysis backgroundSalesforce certifications required; Financial Services Cloud (FSC) certification highly preferredBanking industry experience, ideally within Wealth ManagementSolid Agile/Scrum experience working with cross-functional teamsExperience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and supporting delivery teamsStrong experience working with data sets, data analysis, and data mappingExceptional attention to detail and documentation skillsAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsSalesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation experienceExperience with wealth management platforms and processesExposure to Salesforce integrations and related ecosystem toolsExperience supporting large enterprise transformation initiativesPrevious experience within major Canadian banking environments
